If the program/event is a public and/or professionally photographed and/or video recorded “Santa” Tony G will be provided a digital copy of the photos and/or videos of the event within 14 days at no cost to “Santa” Tony G for promotional usage. Any and all photos taken of “Santa” Tony G and/or Mrs. Claus, and helper elves whether by individuals or professional photographers, are assumed to be for the private or personal use of the clients and their guests only and may not be used for commercial, marketing or promotional use without written permission, full paid compensation and limited usage signed agreement of “Santa Tony Gentilcore and if applicable elf helpers.
With your permission“Santa” Tony G may also bring his personal photographer /assistant to private/public events at no cost to you or by your request at your expense. This scenario is created by a previous event or the next event.
Any, photography/videography requested by you is between you and the photographer. If so the individual(s) will be discreet and properly attired for the event.
Comfort: Santa's suit is very warm. A little cool water or regular coke may also be welcome as well as fresh air, bathroom, and meal breaks.
Terms: A non-refundable retainer of $100.00 is required to secure the date. If the retainer and signed Agreement are not received within 24 hours from the date of this Agreement, it may become null and void. Balance is due at the event. If not paid at the event the balance will automatically be charged to the card below immediately following the event.
Cancellation of this event for reasons other than severe weather/illness or death carries a penalty of loss of the retainer.
In the event of the client, double booking and canceling at the last minute full payment is due payable to “Santa” Tony Gentilcore.
If for any reason “Santa” Tony G is unable/unwilling to appear, he will do everything in his power to change the date, find a suitable replacement, or refund the entire retainer or payment paid in advance without further legal repercussions.
Timing Commitments and Communications: “Santa” Tony G makes every effort to arrive early and ready to perform upon arrival unless photo backdrops are not set up not complete and ready. “Santa” Tony G will communicate days prior to the event, the day before, and when leaving a prior event or the North Pole as well as upon arrival. Please advise "Santa Tony G" of any parking paid parking or known direction issues in advance.
The client understands that “Santa” Tony G may have to leave on time for his next performance.
Santa Costume: “Santa" Tony G, Mrs. Claus, and elves may wear costumes as displayed on pages as well as others in the Santa Claus “line”.
I have read the above contract and agree to its Terms and Conditions. I understand that this booking will remain tentative and subject to cancellation by “Santa” Tony G until he has received the signed contract and retainer.
